To EVOLVE simply means that there is a change from one state to another. But we do not take it as simple as that, we want this change to lead to a meaningful and to a more valuable state.
A DIMENSION is defined by the number of degrees of freedom. There are multiple degrees of freedom we take in account here. You can e.g. easily think of size (turnover, profit, company size,..), or innovation (conservative vs. innovative) or cooperation (from doing everything on your own or inhouse vs. collaborating with external partners) to define a degree of freedom in your dimension.
And there is even a lot more to think of and many ways to evolve multidimensional.

Wagyu Auetal has a vision: a name as mission statement
Nowadays, people are surrounded by too many things, when the choice is no longer a question of resource limitation but a question of overmuch doubt, it leads to the misery of heart and soul. The way to improve core quality and reduce excess quantity will make us happy. We can only respect ourselves if we respect how we care about our things as same as food—healthy, tasty and satisfying.
Wagyu Auetal states: “Sustainability, expertise and enthusiasm are the cornerstones of our company. Outstanding genetics, tradition and species-appropriate husbandry, and the feeding of harvest-fresh grain and sun-dried hay, make our fullbloods a genuine and true Wagyu beef experience.”
To ensure the quality of sustainable food it needs time, like Henry Ford told us: “The greatest enemy of quality is haste.” This philosophy is valid for everything.
We would like to plant this concept as seeds in other places of the world to let more people enjoy and appreciate high quality food. With Wagyu Auetal we will go the glocal way “think global, act local”.

PolarFoxx has a vision: to make daily life easier
Any person involved in handling temperature sensitive food has to respond to taking care of food quality according to the HACCP regulations. HACCP states that the temperature of any storing device needs to be checked regularly.
This is normally done manually by a person opening the cooling device and noting the temperature and time stamp on a piece of paper. This process is primitive, boring and uncertain.
There is a need for a change, to get rid of this manual process, save time and get hands free. PolarFoxx had the idea of using state of the art technology achieving high usability and cost efficiency.
We have been lucky to be involved in this great project and supported PolarFoxx in the start-up phase by proposing technical solutions, finding and installing a solid matching supplier base and assisting with commercial issues.
We are happy to see our partner PolarFoxx now offers a unique solution with a lot of added value for their customers. We together, made it happen.
